If you place your order for non printed stock items by 12pm GMT (Monday – Friday) it will be dispatched the same day. Orders after 12pm GMT will be dispatched the next working day.
If the order contains printed items, most of our printed items are printed to order and must be allowed time for the ink to dry and “gas-off”, these orders can take up to 3 working days to be dispatched
Dependent upon weight, size and value of your order postage options will include 1st or 2nd class and signed for.
Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st class mail the next working day, 2nd class by the 3rd working day including Saturdays. all orders now shipped on either 24 or 48 hr tracked system, this is for your assurance and benefits from Royal Mail’s compensation system.
Where is my order
We expect all our customers to receive their orders within the Royal Mail guidelines Royal Mail aim to deliver:
1st class mail the next working day,
2nd class by the 3rd working day,
these timings do not include Saturdays. all orders will be fully tracked this is for your assurance.
Royal Mail do not consider and item delayed until 5 working days after the due date and do not class as item lost until 10 working days after the due date.
Lost orders will be replaced but we work within Royal Mails policy of 10 working days.

Why do we charge more than the actual postage?
Our postage costs cover the actual posting costs, packaging and labelling but we try to keep our charges as low and as fair as we would expect to be charged ourselves.
I forgot to add something to my order can I add to it?
Unfortunately not, Due to the amount of orders we process we cannot guarantee adding to any order please place another order with postage if we see them we will try to combine them if we can do this your postage will be refunded either back to your card or we can generate a code to use again on our website.
If it is necessary to return goods to us we try to make this as straight forward as possible.
If we may make an error in your order we will send out the correct item out to you with no additional carriage charge. We will also arrange for collection of the incorrect item.
We check all items before they are dispatched to ensure they are in perfect condition. If damage happens in transit please call us on 07770 750874 within 48 hours of the delivery. Please have your invoice number to hand and let us know which items are damaged and may also ask for photographs to assist with our Royal Mail Claim. We will replace the damaged items free of charge and arrange for the damaged items to be collected and returned to us.
If your order is missing any items please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. When calling us please have to hand the invoice number. Also please advise us if there was any damage to the parcel packaging. Where applicable we will replace any missing items. If we are not notified within 48 hours of a picking error we cannot replace missing items.
Your Mistake / Changed Your Mind
If you wish to return products that have not been used and no fault with them then we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% subject to compliance with EU distance selling regulations for consumer purchases. The restocking fee is due to the administration costs and credit / debit card surcharges and website stock modifications that are incurred in processing the order. You are responsible for returning the items to us in perfect condition at your expense.
Please ensure you pack the items properly as if any item is damaged it will not be accepted for return. Carriage charges cannot be refunded once the order has been dispatched from The Little Vinyl House.
Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions such as product misuse, if personalisation is misspelt or if you have provided an image of a low resolution or size. We normally print at 300 dpi (dots per inch) or higher and require images to be at least 150dpi.
Personalised and custom printed items on this site are made to order, and such, they fall outside the scope of the Consumer Contract Regulations (2013) with regards to consumer rights.
However we have a total satisfaction guarantee on all our items, if they are not to your liking, just return them to us within 30 days.
Made to order items will, however, incur a 25% restocking fee. You will not be reimbursed for return postage
Please note it is not our policy to offer both a refund and an exchange.
If your item is damaged upon delivery, please take a picture, and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org we will happily remake and resend the item to you and arrange recovery of the damaged item.
Bespoke prints can be arranged by contacting us by either phone or email but will not be printed until receipt of deposit and signed work order.
Late payments will have interest, compensation and recovery fees added in accordance with UK Legislation, currently set at 8%+base rate.
Your statutory rights are not affected
